I am a therapist. I believe in kindness, gentle change and talking like real people. I work to create a warm space where you can be where you’re at, and I can help you work to bring about change when you feel ready. I believe there are many paths to feeling good, and I tailor therapy to who you are and where you want to be. Through the bad times and the good, I will hold your story with kindness and support.

We can learn about what’s going on for you, and your hopes for change. We can then figure out a direction that could be helpful for you.

You can speak your truth. This could be about the past, present or future. What's happening for you? It goes at your pace, and you guide what we talk about.

What I offer
Below are some of the approaches I can offer during our work together. It is all tailored to you, so we will work in the way that suits you best. Don't feel you have to have a plan! We will figure things out as we work through what you need to.
Person-centred
This approach is about sitting with you where you are, getting in touch with feelings and processing pain
Mindset work
This involves trying out new ways of thinking, to see if we can become more confident, balanced or decisive
Psychodynamic
This approach involves spotting patterns from the past, and seeing how they affect you today
Daily techniques
Learning down-to-earth strategies for getting through tough times
CBT
This approach is about noticing thoughts, feelings and behaviours. By experimenting with changing these, we may start to feel better

Building small habits can make all the difference. We can look at what suits you
Diversity
I do everything I can to make my practice inclusive of people of all genders, racial identities, sexualities, abilities and lifestyles. I will always learn about your experience from you, and I undergo additional training to expand my awareness of communities and cultural challenges.
